How rewarding it is to work with a variety of boards as they strategically charter their organizations for the future.  Last week in Columbia we ended a 2-day retreat with the above input having been shared by their members.   We often use a live-polling software to shape discussions and decision-making…and it’s a wonderful way to gather immediate feedback.   What an honor to share in the process of stewarding an organization’s resources.
